They refused to provide customer service and refused to refund full payment, Ebay stepped in to resolve this matter and sent me the rest of payment. I knew it was a light packaging (5 & 10 bulbs are sized different) so i took a video & photo of the item as i received it. even the weight showed 5 bulbs when you took it back to the post office showed it was 5 - i did though send the wrong bulbs and i did apologies for this,
