      The seller sent me a different model than advertised that did not meet my requirements even though it was a great deal. The seller simply refunded me without requiring me to send the monitor back which would probably have cost me more than the refund. This demonstrates the integrity of this seller who honors his reputation to his own hurt!

      Bought an Thinkpad T14 Gen 4 AMD from this seller. It was reasonably priced and in great condition. It was shipped quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately I had to return it it due to Computrace being installed and active on the laptop. Talked with the seller about deactivation but we weren't able to remove iit. Seller was understanding and offered a refund. Even with the issues we had I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again. 10/10
