Shipping was a little slow, the expected delivery date having been extended a few days. But all in all it was a positive experience since we knew how to deal with the issue with the Tama.

Packaging was excellent — very secure. There was a misunderstanding due to the language barrier and message translation, so I received a different item than expected. I got the package in a timely manner (post office delayed shipping smh but not the shippers fault). When I opened the box it was package to where it didn't move around in the box and was in excellent shape.
