Also, non removable stickers covering the title. And a black sharpie mark across the bottom of the pages. They told me "Brand New" doesn't actually mean brand new because the book has had a shelf life. They finally offered me 50% back on the book, but I wanted to return it and not get stuck with the shipping charges. After that they would no longer respond to me, so I had to open a case with eBay. NEVER AGAIN!!

I am always perplexed when sellers choose to ship via an "off-brand" shipper, e.g., OSM Worldwide. This tends to delay the time it takes to get to me vs more "traditioaal" shipped, e.g., USPS, UPS, or FED-EX. This is a pretty good seller. The price was good, the shipping pretty prompt (though deliver took a bit longer than I expected), and the communication was pretty good as well.
