I am 86 years olf and not very tech savvy so it could be me, but I'm used to be able to buy a computer and merely loading my programs on to them. Not the case this time. Thjerefore, I am still unable to use the laptop. This is not a negative report for the laptop nor the seller because it might be that I'm the problem?? I simply don't don't?????

Shipping was fast and my new laptop was well packaged and protected. It's very clean and in like new condition and offers all the features the seller advertised. The seller was responsive to my questions before buying and offers a generous warranty but hopefully I won't need to use it.
