Therefore I am having to have the watch cleaned and re-phased in order to keep accurate time. None of this was presented int he original listing, which would have affected my decision to purchase.

Exactly as described. Great value. Packaged like a champ. Super value. Most seller want more for a dial of this quality. So happy Shipping was faster than most sellers on eBay. Seller could learn a bit from this seller getting the item in the mail quickly is so important
