It was packaged with great care and came in a beautiful presentation case. Additionally it also came with a spare watch strap clasp, a packet of tissues and a cleaning cloth. The watch is actually better than described, and came fitted with a brand new strap. Ooyama really pays attention to detail and provided excellent service.
