Described as new, but the blister was loose on the right side with damage to the card where it came loose. I don't believe this seller is out to rip me off, though. Shipping was quick and packaging was good. As a long time Hot Wheels collector, I very carefully glued the damaged area and blister back to the card and it looks perfect. This car is for my personal collection and will probably never be sold again.Hot Wheels 1996 Treasure Hunt Series '40's WOODIE NEW in BLISTER !!! (N° 305981914593)
