I don't accept returns as these are made to order, but I offered you to return for a full refund, which you declined! Not sure what else you expected me to do? I was far from rude & kindly offered a resolution, Personally think you wanted the nails & also a refund. My 5* 100s of positive reviews speak for themselves! :)
