The buyer was very understanding and patient. A full refund was indeed given. However, in all fairness, this was not simply shipped in a bubble mailer as stated by the buyer. It was wrapped in a 360-degree thick cardboard container, i.e., a small self-contained box, and then inserted in a bubble mailer for shipping.
