I ordered Master the UCAT by the Top 1%, but the book was sent to the wrong address and returned to the seller (confirmed by tracking). Despite multiple polite messages requesting the same book to be resent—as I still need it—they have not been able to clearly explain where the item is or when it will be shipped again. I have not asked for a refund or replacement, only for the original book to be delivered correctly.

It was a couple of days later than promised but I think this was a PO problem rather than the seller. A good price and as described. When the seller was contacted as the book had not arrived they immediately replied - could not fault. Would use this seller again.

Comms are excellent and they respond quickly and make a real effort to resolve issues. Pricing is good and descriptions accurate and fair.
