    Extremely good customer service and communication. Ended up getting an item late for a car I had already previously sold and they immediately accepted the return. Somehow there was an error in the labeling and it got sent back to me but they gave me a full refund anyway. Very solid business practice.

They reached out when I bought the mirror and right after it was delivered letting me know if I'm not happy to contact them and they'd fix it no matter what.
