The battery is in good condition and last the whole day, so I don't need to charge it at college. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. The camera may not work in this model after it's been factory reset, but that's because amd drivers are not installed, after installing them, the camera works.

The packaging wasn’t the best for me but because it was being shipped to my overseas shipping address but they wouldn’t have known that. Laptop does get hot above where the cooling system is at times. Looks brand new doesn’t come with the pen. For me it was a steal at the price it’s at only down side was the display not 72 ntsc as I do design and print work. Overall a good buy

However, it had a technical issue where the camera wasn't working. I figured out the issue with help from the Dell support website (of all places) and resolved the issue by downloading Visual C++. Also, just disappointed in the overall build quality of the Lenovo Ideapad generally. It feels a bit flimsy, like it's not going to survive more than 3 years max, but I guess you get what you pay for

This protected the box that the cloner was shipped in. It was a rainy day when delivered, but due to the excellent packing, my cloner was unharmed. New in package. As described. Five Stars. ☆☆☆☆☆ Shipper (not seller) took one week. Seller (NewEgg) had my package at the shipper the next day. Outstanding quality and value. "May the Lord bless you and keep you" Numbers 6:24
