It was packaged and shipped with care. It was as described and is an excellent value considering its age, size, weight and condition. I have a Le Creuset reversible grill/griddle and had known about this one when the NapaStyle stores were still around. This one is about a quarter larger than my Le Creuset version. I was able to use the Le Creuset enamel cleaner and it looks brand new.
