  Hat arrived in a timely manner and was as described. The design is painted on, not embroidered, so we shall see about the longevity of the actual printing. The hat looks great. I got the black color and the prewashed fabric looks nice. It shipped in a plastic bag with only a very flimsy stiffener for the crown, which was woefully inadequate. Luckily, the hat was not damaged. I understand that shipping in a box would add expense, so it is a tradeoff.
