Being a Lenovo certified refurbished laptop, it certainly lived up to being “like new”. Also came well packaged. I only had one small issue (NOT related to the seller) where several Windows updates could not installed. This was easily remedied with a Chkdsk/repair procedure, and one reboot later, all updates installed as expected. Would def consider this seller again the next time I’m in the market for a refurbed laptop.
