They were slow to respond but they eventually sent me a return label and then sent me the correct PC once I sent the other one back. Outside condition of PC is scraped a bit but I expected that from it being a used office PC. The inside was spotless though. Not a spec of dust so A+ for that. Re-install the OS though if you buy from them as their is a mysterious .bat file on the root of C:\.

When I am all set up, I will edit this review. FedEx did not follow directions to deliver my package to my apt number. Instead, my package was left in an unsecured location. My apartment building has over 100 people living here. Not to mention that visitors and people walking on the sidewalk could have taken my package. A friend of mine spotted my package and gave the package to me.

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th.
