Due to the excellent buffer of packing insulation, the glass ink/bottle arrived fully intact without any damage to the product or its product packaging (perfect condition). My order was shipped out within a few days (I don’t remember exactly, but I did notice it was shipped pretty soon after ordering), and arrived on time. I love this color and was very happy with the price (not marked up!) and even happier to get it delivered intact! Thank you!
