Part of the fault lies with my failing to completely read the item description. I thought I was purchasing a new item when, in fact, the item was being sold for parts. Without giving them sufficient time to reply I gave them a bad review. They have since completely resolved this situation to my satisfaction. I had many questions since it was such a big purchase and a delicate item to ship.
