It's not immediately clear from the listing but it includes all the screws and captive nuts you need along with the racking rails and the wooden end cheeks. The quality is great and it was very easy to put together. It is in brand new condition and, taking into account everything you get, I think it is good value. My 2600 looks safer and sturdier with the addition of this minimal rack

Easy install. All you need is a phillips screwdriver. All six countersunk holes were accurately placed. More beautiful than I expected.
