I'm sure the condition of the item was perfect prior to shipping. But when I received it and took it out the box, the tip of the brim was peeling(due to inadequate packaging, and shifting while item was in transit)..... Regardless, I will be a repeat customer.

The problem is with weather, so I have not received it yet. USPS says should be delivered tomorrow but running late due to a snow storm. I’m not worried because this seller has excellent feedback. Plus, what is the seller supposed to do? Change the weather? I mean, that would be cool if they could but let’s get serious. They did their part!
