I ordered a 40nmtb tool holder from them that arrived and had what appeared to be a factor defect ( which happens so not their fault). They didn’t hesitate to fix the issue and had a replacement in the mail in two days. I measured the part I want to duplicate with a thread gauge in order to determine what pitch knurling wheel to order, their description is accurate.
