I ordered a ceramic pitcher and it was wrapped in a sheet of brown paper and that's it. The handle was broken off in 3 pieces. The response from the seller was "will refund, have a good one". No reaction from them at all. Description did say small stain on inside of jersey but did not mention stains on back. Only 2 pictures from afar.
