It was not sent with any padding and the box suffered some slight damage. I contacted the seller about the issue. It took a day or 2 before reply-but they did offer me a discount or to return package. I was happy they replied and were receptive to doing something to correct the problem. I decided on the the discount they offered to avoid the trouble of the return.
