Happy to refund us and was processed immediately. As far as the awning goes, it was supplied exactly as described and brand new. We however found it cumbersome and difficult to put up. Overall good quality as a stand up feature but does look out of place on the back of a VW Transporter due to its height.

They rearranged delivery twice, insisted on a signature like in the olden days, then unexpectedly delivered on the day they had cancelled. Took a long time on chat service.
