Shars Dial Calipers were exactly as advertised- no nasty surprises. The package was shipped via USPS the next day after I paid, but then they lost the package. Seller sent a replacement via FedEx immediately after my contact email. Delivery was VERY FAST-- 3 days! I LOVE the HIGHLY VISIBLE red plastic protective box, plus the desiccant bag in a sealed zip-lock plastic bag. My shop gets very humid in the summers. I ordered a 40nmtb tool holder from them that arrived and had what appeared to be a factor defect ( which happens so not their fault). They didn’t hesitate to fix the issue and had a replacement in the mail in two days. I measured the part I want to duplicate with a thread gauge in order to determine what pitch knurling wheel to order, their description is accurate.
