Firstly, the seller was really sound in terms of negotiating a mutual price, A++ on comms. The item was exactly as described A++ item desc... it arrived in like 3 days!! A++ on dispatch, but also, I HAVE NEVER seen such a good packing job EVER, I was literally lost for words, AMAZING thank you so much! A+++++

I believe the offer was fair and offered good value. Box was incredibly well packaged which was a relief as the model is easily breakable, with fragile tape and extra padding used. The product was as described and seen in the photos.

I have never had a package delivered on Sunday before appart from by Amazon. The packaging was brilliant and really protected my item so thank you to whoever did that. The item was exactly as described and excellent value. I'm really happy all round. Thank you Merlins Miniatures.
