However, the communication regarding delivery was poor. Despite multiple attempts to coordinate with the seller—including offering local pickup options—there was no clear response. The item was also left out in the rain while we were away, though thankfully only the outer carton was wet. We had to ask a friend to retrieve and hold it for us until we returned from our trip.

I really think it was a brand new vacuum that was returned and without ever being used! There weren't any signs of wear, use, or dust. The wand was still tightly wrapped without any tears from the tape securing the paper wrapper, and the language hadn't even been selected when I inserted the battery. I would definitely buy from this seller again. They under-promised, and over-delivered!
