The foam surrounds I got from underrated audio required some force to make them fit. However, those fit just fine. Unlike your products.

When they were filling in my address the post office didn't like it exactly. They picked up the phone and called me to verify how I wanted it addressed. Haven't had anyone call me about any order before. They went out of their way to make sure I got my package ASAP. That's customer service.
