Their communication skills made this process very easy, and the item was exactly as described and packaged well so that it would not get damaged. Shipping was quick, and the seller also tried their hardest to meet the date range I needed for delivery, but of course, it is out of the seller's control when the package actually gets delivered. 10/10 experience overall.

When I messaged the seller they responded almost immediately. We messaged back and forth a couple times and they issued a refund within minutes. I am impressed and will happily buy from again. It was clearly not the seller’s fault that the unit was bad as it was new and still fully sealed in the clamshell packaging. Thank you for understanding and so quickly handling it.

The package was delivered wrapped super well and the cartridge came clean automatically so no issues whatsoever with booting it up. The condition is pretty good for what it was described and the pins on the bottom was spotless. Only thing I can say is the price is a bit high for what the game is worth average.
