The patrol bag was in very good condition with only some fraying on the draw cords. The bivy was in good condition, still need to test in the rain, black bag seemed unused. All in all lacks the smell common with many surplus items, especially the ones that provide soldiers with “privacy”. Comp sack was missing a buckle, but that is serviceable with some 550 cord TLDR: looks good, feels good, came fast, fair price.

I questioned the item received vs the ebay description; my inquiry was almost immediately answered and the issue clarified (I learned something about stainless steel). Overall a good buying experience. The only small nit-pick: item could have been packed a little better, a little brown paper around it to keep it from banging around in the box , or getting dented by rough handling from USPO, would have been nice. Will look at more of their stuff.
