I communicated with the seller who was immediately responsive. A few hours later the item was in my mailbox. It seems as if the eBay service for sending lightweight objects has a habit of communicating prematurely to buyers that their item was delivered. But I got the item a few hours later so all is well! Nicely packaged! I'm very happy with the purchase. 😃👍🏻
