    Item arrived quickly in proper packaging and the device I received is in top notch quality. Not a single visible blemish on the condition, spotless. Quick look inside, and everything is as it should be. A very minor qualm, is that the pictures on the listing weren't 100% accurate. They showed a full-sized ethernet port, whereas this model requires a dongle. A little disappointing but not the end or the world. Would highly recommend this seller, great products at a fair price.

    Great seller. Item shipped quickly and arrived just as quickly. Came well protected in a air/bubble wrapper ensuring no damage to the laptop in transit. Unit was basically brand new (plastic protection on the power button and the power brick still!) even though it was advertised as refurbished, excellent condition. Not a mark on it! Super happy and will recommend this seller going forward.

    I had a terrific experience. I purchased 3 T14 notebooks and all were like new. Shipping was prompt and they were professionally packaged, using notebook bubble containers. I tested all 3 extensively and they are in good order. I did find a bad wifi card but the seller responded within minutes and assisted me in getting a replacement card the next day. Every bit of the transaction was well handled. The seller was never more than a few minutes away, for any question I had. Very well done.
