We made every attempt in assiting you even when I didn't beleive you received that pump from us. With a full refund I am not sure what more could be done. We have sold 1000's of items on ebay and have a flawless ebay reputation! I suspect this is a feedback from a shop on ebay trying to damage our repuation and commitment for our customers! However like the old saying goes We won't let one bad apple ruin it for everyone!

I do live in the same state, but they also were back with me in messages right away, making sure they were sending me the RIGHT ONE! very good communication, and NO CORE CHARGE!!! They strap the T-case, with straps, to a pallet. So no damage during shipping.
