Firstly,having previously purchased 2 tissot watches (from a different company), I found it unusual that watch had no protective wrapping over face and band. As for the face protector, it may have come off and stuck to the bubble wrap we place on top of the watch to keep it safe during transit.The box you received is Tissot’s new-season retail packaging. The one shown in the listing is from an older season when the listing was first made. You’ll notice both English and Mandarin on the box—this is because, while Tissot is a Swiss brand, their packaging is manufactured in China
