Bought item on the 24th, status was changed to shipped and eta arrival on the 28-29th with Aus Post. They apparently did not send the item out but marked it shipped. Had to put in a ticket to say that the item has not arrived and there was no response from the seller. Suddenly a they booked a shipment on 1st of May and arrive the next day. Would be good to have a response from the seller at least.

Offered refund, however when asked about a the next model up, they Upgraded me to the better model for a really good price saving me at least $50. Great communication and postage was fast. I got a better real in the end and would happily deal with them again.
