They are essentially holding my property captive, They don't ship, they won't issue a refund, and their messages (when they bother to reply) are completely useless. I paid in good faith, and this "seller" has decided they are above the rules . This isn't a minor delay ,this is outright theft of my time and money. Am demand my item or a full refund, plus compensation for the massive headache you've caused. Absolutely disgraceful.

Contacted seller who laughed and asked to be contacted at a later date. Later confirmed he did not have the missing band but told me I can buy one online. Was offered discounted rate on future service. I requested a partial refund for the cost of the band but seller never replied. I will not use this service again.
