Great company that sells drives at a good value. (make sure you get them at the better pricing, recent events in media spiked the price) but still great value option with a two year warranty is nearly unbeatable.

They shipped promptly but there was a delay in transit and they opened a case and it showed up a day or two later. They were very prompt with their response and helpful with handling the delay which was not their fault. The product matched the description and I would purchase again in the future.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected.
