Plus there were no batteries included. The seller should have been clearer in their description, as this was clearly returned or pre-opened stock. I will leave positive feedback as the item was okay and did work. I'm sure the seller will say 'you should have contacted us', but for lower cost items listed as new, you just trust them to be as described.

The Seller was great to communicate with and pointed me in the right direction for the correct item, (from another seller). I returned my order and quickly received a full refund. The seller went out of his way to be helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you, much appreciated.

Lightly packaged and box somewhat squashed but item undamaged and works fine. Delivery driver left bag on the ground in our side passage in full view of the road, which was not ideal.
