A friend suggested I try eBay. I was delighted with the quality of the service provided: the product arrived 1 day earlier: it was in excellent condition, [new]: securely packaged: works. If only I had gone straight to eBay I would have saved myself considerable time stress. Thanks.

The discrepancy arose just as vendor shut shop for a month or so. Whilst I wanted to exchange for the correct item, I feared this would take too long to resolve, so opted to keep item sent(it was cheap and desperately needed). Other than that, order was despatched quickly, well packaged and arrived safely.
