      Great quality. Brand new Love the mostly white color. Box was damaged in shipping. Fan just fine. Missing remote, seller sent a replacement right away. Buy this fan. Do NOT buy the fan from “spztjk”. Poor quality. Attempted to return. Box was damaged so I could easily return. Decides to keep and hope for best. Then parts starting falling out. They refused to exchange as it was past the 30 days by a few days. And EBay was no help at all. Total bull response and a waste of time.

      Received extremely fast. Love the chairs - not too hard to put together. One package came one day, was worried about other one not being there too. So e-mailed seller about it and they were right on it, said it would co me next day. And it did so no problem. Packed well, instructions could have been a bit clearer, but were able to figure out pretty well. Would definitely buy from seller again!

      This unit did not check out like I thought it would. I attempted to return the item only to find out it would be very costly for shipping and would not make financial sense to move forward with the return. The seller decided to refund me fully and yet I could keep the unit. I donated the massager to a local charity (goodwill) with a receipt and photos for proof in hopes someone else in need might appreciate it better. The sellers agreed and so it happened. Thank you for being so flexible
