I had some problems with the replacement caused by the SD card. These were fixed by using a new SD card. The device performs its functions well. I also was able to use the phone app with no problem. I would recommend this for a first-time user who want to gain experience using such a device. I have taken both stills and videos with good success. Excellent seller communication.
