Minor issue since it was just to replace my kids phone. Scratches on the edges but once in a case you cannot see anything wrong with the phone. Definitely feel like the description and seller stated well what they provided and can be trusted.

However, I don't think it was packaged correctly, and the shipping information from FedEx was confusing (it stated it was arriving, but it didn't). Maybe the shipper inspected the contents along the way - don't know. Regardless, this is the fourth phone I've purchased from this seller and am still pleased.
