Called the post office and had them locate it. If not for this wonderful person's diligence, I probably never would have received it. That being said, this was mailed the day after I paid. It looks better than the pictures, just as described. Thank you it has been a great experience. I will buy again.New York & Co. Good Lordy, seller isn’t kidding about taking 5 business days to ship. Good thing he’s not selling perishables. Item was described as “excellent condition”, well it was, but it needed a bath. Ty for bagging it. As for packing, he did an excellent job which is critically important when packaging fragile porcelain figurines. The post office can be brutal.
