Some scratches and scuffs but that is to be expected, nothing bad at all. Overall the case looks fine. PC runs great. Nice clean install of Windows 11. Good value for the money. Shipping was fast for a multiple order and that is Excellent. Just setting one up last night and everything is working great and just gertting used to the latest software from Microsoft. Wow. Setting up one for my 87 year old dad. : LOL He said his old computer was to slow, so he tasked me to upgrad his PC for him! LOL Now I have to go into my PC and programming skills just to set it up! Yet is a Fine Machine indeed! :

Items come well-packed, but not without excess or unneeded packaging, and the items are as described. My only complaint is FedEx as a shipping method. If my neighbors weren’t honest, I’d have never seen this package EVER. And the actual tracking was a nightmare (delivery date kept being changed at the very last minute, and updates were useless), but Tech Leaf is A+.

The inside of the machine was spotless and overall was exactly as the seller described. I did not check the box for accessories but got a WiFi dongle and power cord anyway. 10/10 seller.
