They gave me a free return shipping label and no hassle refund once they received the item and inspected that it was in the same condition as that they sent it, which was brand new in the box sealed they offered me a good deal on it. Unfortunately FedEx may have been heavy handed when transporting it. It was a heavy item and arrived a little damaged. After letting the seller know they were accommodating and gave me a couple options. Seller is responsive. A++ experience would use them again and have already. Also, they sell their products at a reasonable price.
