I initially bought a Chinese hitch and returned it because it was too light weight to hold up. This hitch is heavier and better built. It doesn't ship in a box. A shipping label is att he'd to the frame so expect FEDEX to chip some paint off.

They accepted the return and initiated a refund in a very expedited manner. They were also very responsive to messaging. I have since ordered a replacement item from them and received and very happy with it.
