    Let me start by saying, this seller is so amazing. First, the seller sent a message, that original packaging was missing and sending the items out anyway and to contact once received. I did so and also let the seller know that one item wasn’t shipped. The seller, promptly shipped out the second item, apologized and without further discussion, refunded. This seller has integrity. Thank you. When I look at the angels, I will remember how they came to me. This seller is truly amazing!

    The model came well packed and wrapped in bubble wrap. Nothing broken just a little scratch on his white part, but a little acetone worked to remove it, and the model was exactly like described. The value was fair for pre-owned model. The postage was quick and with no trouble. Would shop from this seller again.

    All of us need to remain open to learning. This seller did jyst that..when i inquired as to how the seller would wrap this the answer i recieved told me that they had very little experience with porcelain, and would simply copy a method that a vendorhad used. I suggested a different method and directed them to a video on youtube. They watched it a learned!! And used this new method to pack my purchase. My purchase arrived safely and wrapped extremely well. Thank you
