Product came defunct, for whatever reason (stuff happens, it's mass-produced product!). After providing a proof of that, seller offered replacement (at no additional cost) or money back. Replacement was sent right away and it came in full working order. That's how you recognise a good merchant - not when everything is smooth sailing but when something goes wrong and how they deal with an issue. Kudos!

This is the second set I have ordered as I left the batteries in the first set which corroded away the terminals. Tip - DO NOT leave the batteries in the scales long term and these scales will serve you well.
