    Good vendor and with excellent customer-care mindset. I did not order much, only few screws of a special type. I realized too late that considering the shipping time it may get delivered during my trip to somewhere for about 3 weeks. I contacted seller to ask for a hold to ship till I come back.     Sadly, I ordered and received the wrong size. However, package arrived promptly and was packed well. I reordered the right size fastener, and I'll keep the ones I received, as the slip up was on me and it isn't like you can find these just anywhere when you need them. Not only would use this ebayer again, I already have.
